Conditions of Lettings and FAQs:


The cottage is available from 3 p.m. on the first day and is to be vacated by 10 a.m. on the final
morning in a clean and tidy state please.

A small well behaved dog may be permitted but must only sleep in its own bed and never be left alone in the cottage. Please advise when booking.

Tenants will be responsible for payment payment for replacement or repair of any damage or breakage.

In the event of cancellation every effort will be made to re-let but a 50% surcharge is payable.

The landlord does not accept reponsibility for any mishap to persons or property.
